Why fixed

## One fixed amount per month. It is about line two.

This is what a month looks like billed by the hour. Most business owners look at the total. We look at that one quarter of an hour.

Billed by the hour € 125 per hour

| Description | Hours | Amount |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Processing October bookkeeping | 2.00 | 250.00 |
| Telephone consultation | 0.25 | 31.25 |
| VAT return third quarter | 1.00 | 125.00 |
| Correcting a bank entry | 0.50 | 62.50 |

This month**€ 468.75**

At Winstwaker fixed

| Description | Hours | Amount |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Bookkeeping October | — | 49.00 |

This month**€ 49.00**

There is no second line. There never will be.

A quarter of an hour on the phone showing up on your invoice teaches you not to call. And if you are running a business in a language you do not read, that is exactly the wrong lesson — the questions you do not ask are the ones that cost money.

Why "from"

## Sole trader or Dutch BV: five things set your amount.

Two businesses with the same legal form can be far apart. That is why it says "from", and why you hear the exact amount after a half-hour conversation.

- Your legal form

A BV has year-end work and a filing obligation that a sole trader does not.
- Number of transactions

Fifty receipts a month is not the same as five hundred.
- Staff

Every employee means a payslip and a wage tax return each month.
- Connections

Bank, webshop and payment provider connected? Then your amount goes down.
- Backlog or switching

One-off work, quoted separately up front. Never hidden in the monthly fee.

Connections are the only item on that list with a minus, and that is not an accident. The more that arrives automatically, the less handling there is, and you see that in your amount.

What you get for it

## All of this is in that amount.

Not a list of paid add-ons. This is the engagement, and behind every line is a page explaining exactly what we do with it.

- Confirmed in writing up front

You know the exact amount before you start, not after.
- No after-the-fact billing

If a month runs long, that is our problem and not your invoice.
- Calling costs nothing

Normal questions about your running bookkeeping are included. In English.
- If you grow, we talk first

Any change is agreed in advance. Never applied retroactively.

Want to know what it comes to in your case? [Tell us briefly what you do](/en/contact/), and within one working day you hear the amount and what we take over for it. Still deciding whether to switch at all? Read [how it works](/en/how-it-works/) first.
