## English-speaking accountant: Dutch bookkeeping in the Netherlands, including the Belastingdienst.

An accountant for a Dutch company, not software you still operate yourself. Bookkeeping in the Netherlands sits with us, including letters from the Belastingdienst. This is what is left for you.

### What you do

1. Send it in, or connect it

Photograph a receipt. Or connect your mailbox and your bank, and it arrives on its own.
2. Approve once a quarter

Before your VAT return is filed, we show it to you in plain English.
3. Ask anything

Message or call your own accountant. In English, without an appointment.

That is it. The rest is ours.

### What we do

#### Every month

- Receipts and purchase invoices Read, categorised and posted at the right Dutch VAT rate.
- Invoicing and payment follow-up Invoices go out with your own logo, and you see who has paid.
- Payroll (loonadministratie) Salaries, payslips and the monthly wage tax return. If you have staff.

#### Every quarter

- Dutch VAT return (btw-aangifte) Calculated, reviewed and filed with the Belastingdienst once you approve.

#### Every year

- Annual accounts and filing Ready when the year closes. For a BV we also file at the Chamber of Commerce.
- Income or corporate tax return Inkomstenbelasting or vennootschapsbelasting, straight from your own numbers.

#### All year round

- Dutch tax deadlines watched We keep the calendar. You do not have to learn it.

For businesses established in the Netherlands

Returns go digitally to the Belastingdienst, annual accounts to the Chamber of Commerce. Your nationality does not matter; where your company is registered does.

Who we work for

## An accountant for a Dutch company: where do you stand?

We do the books for companies registered in the Netherlands, from a one-person eenmanszaak to a Dutch BV with a holding above it. The Belastingdienst still writes in Dutch; we tell you what it says.

1. 01 Freelancer or sole trader (eenmanszaak) Everything lands on you. Receipts sit in your jacket, your inbox and your bank, and by the evening there is no appetite left for them. Not running a business? Then we are not the right firm. We do continuous bookkeeping, not one-off private tax returns.

Switching

## You do not have to wait until January.

The most persistent story in Dutch accounting. You can switch in any month of the year. We pick up the running financial year exactly where you left off.

- We request the file

From your current firm, including the years that are already closed.
- We take over the opening balance

So your balances carry over and nothing is counted twice or left dead in the books.
- We close the year

Complete, across both periods, and file it with the Belastingdienst.

In the middle of a quarter, or with a return still open? That is not a problem. That is exactly the moment we take it over.
