# Within one working day you know what it costs.

> Contact an English-speaking accountant. Find an accountant in the Netherlands, get what it costs in writing, switch from your current firm. You do not have to speak Dutch.

Contact

Tell us briefly what your business does. You do not have to prepare anything, look anything up or understand a single Dutch tax term, and you are not committing to anything.

- A reply within one working day

From an accountant with a name, not out of a ticketing system.
- No obligation

You are not committing to anything and you will not be invoiced for the conversation.
- Price first, decision after

You hear the exact monthly amount before anything starts.

Rather just email? That works too, at [info@winstwaker.nl](mailto:info@winstwaker.nl). We are reachable on working days from 9:00 to 17:30 (CET).

Tell us briefly what you do

What kind of business do you have?

Your details go to us only, and we will not cold-call you afterwards.

Next

## Contact an English speaking accountant: what happens after you hit send.

1. Straight away

  Your message reaches a person

No queue and no chatbot. One of us reads it and looks at what your situation is.
2. Within one working day

  You get an answer

With a first estimate and whatever we still need to know. Usually that is one question.
3. Half an hour

We walk through what we take over

By phone or online, whenever suits you. Outside office hours too if that works better.
4. After that

  One fixed amount, in writing

With exactly what you get for it. Nothing happens until you say yes to that.

No preparation

## Find an accountant: you do not have to get anything ready, or speak Dutch.

Most people put this off because they think they have to work something out first. You do not. Messy is exactly what we are for.

Not needed

- Having your bookkeeping in order
- Having already given notice to your current firm
- Sharing logins or your bank connection
- Understanding any Dutch tax terminology

Helpful, if you happen to know

- Your legal form, and whether you have staff
- Roughly how many receipts and invoices per month
- Your last VAT return, if you can find it easily

One more thing

## Switching from your current firm: the questions people ask before this.

- Do I have to speak Dutch?

No. Everything on your side of the work happens in English: the portal, your accountant and the summary you approve. The filings themselves go to the Dutch authorities in Dutch, which is our job, not yours.
- Is it really without obligation?

Yes. We look first at whether we are a fit. You are not committing to anything and you will not get an invoice for the conversation, not even if you walk away.
- What will it cost?

One fixed amount per month, from € 29 for a sole trader. What it comes out at depends on your volume and your connections. [See the pricing](/en/pricing/).
- I already have an accountant. Is switching a hassle?

For you it is one email. We request the file, take over the opening balance and transfer the authorisations with the Belastingdienst. [How it works](/en/how-it-works/).
- My VAT deadline is coming up. Is that still possible?

Mention it in your message and we will pick that up first. We can usually start within a week.

Still unsure? Read [how it works](/en/how-it-works/) first, or [what it costs](/en/pricing/). And if the Dutch VAT return is the thing keeping you up, that has [a page of its own](/en/dutch-vat-return/).
